The following is suggested language for unrestricted bequests to be used for the greatest current need at the Aspen Music Festival and School:

In the event that [name of the primary beneficiary] does not survive me, I designate Music Associates of Aspen dba Aspen Music Festival and School, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable institution located in Aspen, Colorado, tax identification number 84-0445087, as the devisee of this bequest of [insert the bequest description: the sum of ____Dollars, the following property known as ___________, ________% of my estate, the remainder of my estate].

The following is suggested language for restricted bequests. Please note, in order to ensure donor satisfaction, please contact us to discuss your preferred designations:

I give and devise [insert the bequest description: the sum of ____Dollars, the following property known as ___________, ________% of my estate, the remainder of my estate] to Music Associates of Aspen dba Aspen Music Festival and School, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable institution located in Aspen, Colorado, tax identification number 84-0445087. This gift should be used for _______________ [fund designation] at the Aspen Music Festival and School.
