Our Venues
The Aspen Music Festival and School has two concert venues and a Campus for teaching, rehearsing, and select performances. In addition, operas take place in Aspen’s historic Wheeler Opera House.
Michael Klein Music Tent

Located in our Meadows Campus, the Michael Klein Music Tent has the acoustics of a concert hall and the romance and freshness of an open-air tent. Opened in 2000, the venue seats 2,050.
Joan and Irving Harris Concert Hall

Also located in our Meadows Campus, the Harris Concert Hall is an intimate and pristine hall with a warm, woody interior. Opened in 1993, the venue seats 500.
Matthew and Carolyn Bucksbaum Campus

The Bucksbaum Campus, home of the Aspen Music School, sits on 38 acres of natural woodlands, with ponds, aspen groves, and dramatic hillsides. A pedestrian campus, it features a central plaza surrounded by rehearsal halls, teaching studios, practice rooms, and administrative offices.
Wheeler Opera House

Built in 1889 and restored in full Victorian style in 1984, the Wheeler Opera House is an elegant, jewel-like opera house. Seats 450. Learn more here.
